
On Friday nights Grampy (that’s me) cooks dinner for the family.
Last week it was a baby butter bean curry stir fry. Ingredients included onions, carrots, green beans, quartered artichoke hearts, baby potatoes, S&B curry powder and salt. I failed to add garlic, but should have. The flavor was too mild, but it was definitely highly nutritious with lots of fiber, protein and carbs.
As always gluten free and vegan.
